What qualities does it take to be a Care Assistant at Springcare?

* to be thorough and pay attention to detail
* to be able to carry out basic tasks on a computer or hand-held device
Not only do our care team provide nursing care to our residents, they also help to make our residents lives fulfilled, treat each resident with dignity & respect, and care for them all as if they were their own family.
About the role
* Some of the daily tasks that a carer at Springcare would carry out would include:
* helping with washing and dressing
* assisting with feeding and mealtimes
* finding out and knowing residents interests and needs
* general housekeeping such as tidying residents' private bedrooms and communal areas
* supporting each resident’s physical and mental wellbeing through activities
Our care team provide 24-hour care, with day care shifts from 8am until 8pm, and night-time shifts from 8pm until 8am.

* Day Contracts
* 8am until 8pm
* 8am until 2pm
* 2pm until 8pm
* Night Contracts
* 8pm until 8am

Application and requirements
* Successful applicants would require two written references, a standard/enhanced DBS (depending on role) and evidence of a right to work in the UK check.
