You will be a key and valued member of Front of House team, playing an important role in the administration and smooth running of the business.
This is a dynamic role that requires an outgoing, organised, and professional person who can work effectively as part of a team.

* Responsible for providing an exceptional client experience
* Greeting and hosting clients and advisers
* Meeting room management
* Office presentation
* Managing reception inbox and administration tasks
* Booking travel for staff, advisers and clients
* Assisting and managing events
* Switchboard
* Receipt and distribution of mail and parcels
* Facilities assistance
* Servicing tea and coffee & lunch
