OVERVIEW:
- You will be responsible of handling a caseload of private client matters including wills, probate, trusts, estate administration, Court of Protection matters, deputyship management, inheritance tax planning, asset protection, lasting powers of attorney, and compensation trusts
- The firm are looking for a qualified Solicitor with extensive experience in private client law
- STEP Diploma completed or currently in progress
