Job Title: Business Development Manager - FMCG Food
Location: Surrey, Hybrid (with regular UK travel to customer sites and meetings; ideally commutable to the South East)
Salary: Circa £70,000 per annum (depending on experience) + performance bonus

This role is ideal for someone who's passionate about food & beverage, experienced in launching or scaling grocery brands, and thrives on building relationships that drive sales growth across retail, convenience, and foodservice.
About the Role
Acting as a key commercial lead in the UK market, you'll be responsible for:
Developing and executing a go-to-market strategy for a premium product range
Securing listings with major retailers, convenience groups, and foodservice partners
Representing the brand at trade shows, networking events, and customer meetings
Building lasting relationships with buyers and decision-makers across the sector
Collaborating with distribution partners to align pricing, logistics, and availability
Providing market insights and commercial reporting to senior stakeholders
Delivering standout presentations and product demos that win over customersAbout the Client

What We're Looking For
We're keen to speak with candidates who bring:
A solid background in business development, sales, or account management within FMCG or food & beverage
Experience working with UK retailers or foodservice customers, with an existing network highly valued
A track record of launching or scaling new food brands in the UK market
Strong presentation and negotiation skills
