LOCATION: Loughborough – Hybrid (3 days in studio)

We’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team and help us deliver brilliant day-to-day design work for our clients.
Sims Creative is a strategic design and branding agency focused on the energy, cleantech, and EV sectors. We work with ambitious B2B brands on everything from brand identity and campaigns to ongoing design support (our Creative as a Service model). The work is varied – from decks and digital assets through to brand roll-outs and exhibition graphics – and we’re ready to bring in someone at the start of their design career who wants to grow with us.
You’ll report into our Head of Design and work closely with the wider studio team – supporting on changes, artwork, and smaller projects, while building your skills and confidence on bigger briefs over time. Whether you’re a recent graduate or you’ve got up to a couple of years’ experience, we’re looking for enthusiasm, potential, and a genuine love of design.
