We are looking for a compassionate, skilled and adaptable individual to join our Family Support Team and help strengthen families across our community.
As we continue to grow, our team must reflect the right mix of experience, insight and energy to support children, young people and families effectively. We are seeking someone who wants to play an active role in a forward-thinking, community-focused charity.
Family Support Worker
Someone with experience in family support or a passion for helping parents and carers thrive. You will provide practical, relational and strengths-based support to families both one-to-one and in group settings, building positive relationships between home, school and community. Your skills will help families feel confident, supported and connected.
Working hours
37.5 hours per week, typically 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday. Flexible arrangements and some home working may be agreed with your line manager. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required to meet the needs of families and community events.
Salary
£28,517 – £32,794 per year (depending on experience and qualifications)
