Role: Travel coordinator
Contract: 6 months
Location: Chiswick
Mode: Hybrid
Your Role Accountabilities
* Proactively manage all administrative tasks relating to event logistics, from initial planning through to on-site delivery
* Coordinate comprehensive travel arrangements including rooming lists, flights, and ground transportation
* Collaborate confidently with multiple departments across Europe to track and fulfil logistics requirements
* Maintain accurate data management and oversee critical timelines
* Communicate clearly and professionally with suppliers, partners, and travellers, providing detailed logistical briefings
* Raise purchase orders and process invoices to ensure accurate and timely vendor payments
* Support post-event financial reconciliation, including budget tracking and reporting
Qualifications & Experience
* Proven administrative experience with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
* Experience working with large volumes of data confidently and efficiently
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, evolving environment
* Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong initiative and motivation
* Strong-service orientated approach
* Willingness to travel on-site for short periods during key events
Beneficial Experience
* Experience within the travel industry and/or live sports events
