Pay: £13.00–£15.00 per hour (depending on experience/qualifications) plus weekend enhancements, 32p per mile paid mileage and £5.00 travel time per hour
Up to £7,000 Loyalty Programme
Location: Wallingford and surrounding areas
Hours: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent (Flexible shifts available)

Your Role
As a Care Assistant, you will support people to live safely, independently, and comfortably in their own homes. You will provide care that is respectful, personal, and meaningful.
* Personal care delivered with dignity and respect
* Mobility support
* Meal preparation
* Medication assistance
* Light housekeeping
* Companionship and emotional support
* Transporting clients to appointments and social activities
* Accurate care documentation and reporting
This is a female-only role due to personal care needs and preferences of our female clients, in line with Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010.
Who We’re Looking For
* We are looking for people with the right values and attitude.
* Naturally caring, patient and compassionate
* Female applicants only (role requirement)
* Friendly, reliable and able to work independently
* Full UK driving licence essential
* Experience in care is welcome but not essential
* Willing to complete background checks
* Full training will be provided.
