* Manage and respond to due diligence questions, coordinating with advisors and ensuring timely delivery of information.
* Engage directly with banks, lenders, and investors, confidently presenting financial insights and deal updates.
* Prepare high-quality board packs, investment papers, and financial analysis for internal and external stakeholders.
* Support carve-out, exit, acquisition, and sale processes as required.
* Work cross-functionally with finance, strategy, legal, and external advisors to drive transaction outcomes.
* Bring structure, pace, and analytical rigour to a fast-moving, deal-heavy environment.
Candidate Profile
* ACA qualified accountant (Big 4/Top 10 preferred).

* Demonstrable experience working on carve-outs, exits, acquisitions, and/or sales.
* Strong understanding of financial due diligence processes and the ability to handle technical DD queries.
* Confident communicator capable of engaging with banks, investors, and senior executives.
* Thrives in a dynamic, PE-backed environment with multiple concurrent workstreams.
* Sector background is agnostic—deal experience in any industry is welcome.
* Comfortable working in London 3 days per week.
