What you’ll be doing: You’ll proactively manage the care team, ensuring the highest standard of care and support is given to our residents. Promote a culture of personalised care that always puts our residents first. Providing nursing care and interventions where needed. Motivate and support your team, ensuring everyone contributes to the smooth running of the home. Act as a role model for other clinical and care team members, always striving for excellence. You’ll report directly to the Deputy Manager/Clinical Lead, keeping them in the loop on any important matters.
