Essentials: Doctoral qualification in Clinical Psychology (or equivalent) Current HCPC registration as a Practitioner Psychologist Experience: Significant post-qualification experience working with people with complex and enduring mental health needs Proven experience providing senior clinical leadership within multidisciplinary services Demonstrated expertise in psychological assessment, formulation, and delivery of evidence-based interventions Experience of clinical governance, quality assurance, and service improvement activity Experience supervising, mentoring, and developing psychologists and wider therapy staff Skills & Knowledge: Strong knowledge of NICE guidance, clinical risk management, and safeguarding frameworks Ability to lead the development and implementation of clinical pathways and therapeutic models Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence, advise, and collaborate at senior level Confidence working autonomously across multiple sites and services Strong organisational, leadership, and decision-making skills Values & Professional Practice: Commitment to person-centred, recovery-focused, and values-based care Ability to work in line with professional, ethical, and organisational standards Commitment to equality, diversity, inclusion, and co-production To be considered click apply, alternatively send your CV directly to T.sanders@linqrecruitment.co.uk
