Business Analyst - must have Life Insurance - hybrid and Edinburgh or Cheshire
Role:
* Engage with
business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendors
to elicit, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
* Develop
as-is and to-be process models
, user stories, and functional specifications.
* Ensure alignment with L&P regulatory standards and best practices.
* Provide ongoing support during transition, ensuring knowledge capture and continuity.
* Translate business asks into coherent requirement sets articulated as epics and User Stories (Product Backlog Items)
* Ensure clear alignment of definition of ready, acceptance criteria and done for user stories
* Support creation of target operating models and business processes that the CRM Dynamics system will support
* Identify gaps between current and future state models and assist shaping the User stories that close the gaps with the business
* Act as a bridge between the business stakeholders, Functional consultants and the Dynamics technical delivery team
* Validate the solution build and business demand are in alignment through the support of show & tells
* Ensure traceability from business objectives ? capabilities ? epics ? user stories.
* Facilitation of workshops to elicit business needs and validate solution designs
* Support UAT planning and execution, including defect triage and resolution
* Strong documentation skills (BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows).
