About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Lifestyle Coordinator to help residents live rewarding, engaging, and fulfilling lives by meeting their needs for the mind, body, and soul.
Your responsibilities will include planning, creating, and delivering a welcoming home-based Lifestyle Programme that encourages resident participation in a variety of activities. This programme is part of our group-wide More… Programme, designed to meet diverse interests and abilities creatively and consistently.
About You:
We offer comprehensive training, so we welcome applicants from all backgrounds. Key qualities include being organized, having excellent communication skills, and flexibility to work shifts. We support career progression, with potential pathways to roles such as Nurse Associate. Shifts are scheduled on a rota basis over a 7-day period, including weekends.
Knowledge / Experience:
* An understanding of how social interaction impacts wellbeing.
* Ability to assist in delivering group and individual lifestyle sessions.
* Ability to develop community links and organize successful events.
* Flexibility to cover various responsibilities at short notice.
* Willingness to learn and develop through lifestyle/activities training and qualifications.
