Role Summary
To support business performance and create business advantage, we are recruiting an ambitious innovative Customer Service Advisor to join our dedicated and inspirational Sales Team.
This position has been established to attract highly skilled candidates. Adopting a consultative approach, your primary goal is to support existing and new customers by providing assistance, guidance, and support, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will maintain a professional demeanour that promotes our quality culture and drive for continuous improvement.
This role will comprise of handling inbound & outbound calls, recording data utilising our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (Salesforce), facilitating customer visits, and obtaining and evaluating all relevant information to enhance the customer journey and benefit realisation.
The ideal candidate must have an enthusiasm to exceed expectation & have an ability to build long lasting professional relationships.
Skills/Experience/Qualifications
The role of Customer Service Advisor is multifaceted and requires both industry-specific qualifications and technical abilities. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:
Education:
* A degree or appropriate qualification in Sales, Marketing, Life Sciences, Nutrition, or a related field. Desirable
* NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Business Administration or Customer Service. Desirable
Experience:
* Customer Service: Proven experience in a customer-facing and office-based environment.
* Industry Background: Ideally, prior experience in nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals, or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods).
* Technical/Sales: Experience with B2B account management and/or a consultative sales approach involving business/account onboarding and growth.
* Systems: Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce) and MS Office Suite.
Skills:
* Excellent Communication Skills: This includes both verbal and written communication to clearly and concisely convey information and address customer inquiries.
* Empathy and Patience: Ability to understand and relate to customers' concerns, remain patient and calm even in challenging situations.
