Set in the scenic Scottish countryside near the beach and just half an hour from Edinburgh, Haven East Lothian is seeking a dedicated Security Team Member to join our team at Seton Sands Holiday Park.
Position: Security Team Member
Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Seasonal
Pay Rate: £12.82 per hour
As part of our 24-hour security operation, you'll help create a safe, relaxed, and enjoyable environment for our guests, owners, and staff. If you enjoy working with people, staying active, and thrive in a dynamic environment, this role is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor and patrol the holiday park to ensure safety and security.
* Manage park access, ensuring only authorized individuals are permitted on site.
* Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, or guest concerns.
* Maintain accurate incident records and report to management.
* Assist guests with queries, providing friendly and helpful service.
* Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe environment.
Requirements
* Valid SIA Door Supervisor (DS) license.
* Experience in security, preferably within hospitality or leisure sectors.
* Strong communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
* High attention to detail and observational skills.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
