As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), you will play a key role in supporting pupils' academic progress, working closely with teaching staff to deliver high-quality learning experiences and targeted interventions. Responsibilities Lead and deliver pre-planned lessons across the primary curriculum, ensuring pupils remain engaged and motivated.
