International Candidate Manager │Medical Devices
Join a leading medical device sales organisation specialising in innovative products for interventional cardiology and radiology. With a strong commitment to clinical education and product support, the team collaborates with key opinion leaders to introduce cutting-edge technologies and best practices to healthcare professionals.
We’re seeking a driven Territory Manager for the Midlands area of the UK to manage and develop relationships with key clinical teams, deliver product training, and drive revenue growth through a mix of face-to-face and virtual engagement. This is a fantastic opportunity to combine sales, clinical knowledge, and customer education while working with cutting-edge technologies that improve patient outcomes.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Act as the main point of contact for customers within your territory, building lasting relationships with clinical teams and decision-makers
* Develop a thorough understanding of the cardiology and vascular product portfolio and related procedures
* Identify opportunities to grow market share and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
* Create and maintain detailed account plans, updating regularly to reflect territory goals
* Provide product demonstrations, case support, and educational sessions to clinical teams
* Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and local healthcare developments
* Maintain accurate sales and activity reporting using CRM tools
* Collaborate with marketing and education teams on product launches, events, and training initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in medical device sales — ideally within cardiology, vascular, or interventional specialties (clinical background also considered)
* Strong communication and presentation skills, able to build rapport across all levels of a healthcare organisation
* Commercial mindset with the ability to spot and develop new opportunities
* Organised, self-motivated, and confident working independently in the field
* Comfortable with regular travel within the Midlands territory
* IT literate with experience using CRM platforms
