What You'll Be Doing
* Support the entire consumer journey (phone, e-commerce, email) directly supporting sales and indirectly strengthening relationships with B2B and B2C consumers
* Quickly and accurately process domestic customer orders, ensuring pricing, delivery and product orders are correct first time
* Resolve delivery issues such as delays and stock shortages
* Manage back orders and liaise with third-party logistics operator for stock or delivery issues
* Communicate courteously with both B2B and B2C consumers by telephone and email, with an eye for upselling opportunities; stay up to date with product knowledge and promotions
What We're Looking For In a Customer Care Advisor
* Experience in customer care within a retailer, food/drink, FMCG, e-commerce or similar environment; exposure to purchase order or inventory management is useful
* A background in FMCG, food, drink, e-commerce, retailer or online retailers
* Previous customer service experience and fluency in English
* Excellent IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to intermediate level
* Experience with purchase order/inventory management or working with logistics partners is useful
* Keen eye for detail and ability to follow up enquiries internally and externally
