The Role
We’re looking for caring, reliable people to join our team supporting adults to live independently in their own homes. You’ll help with day-to-day living, offer companionship, and support individuals to achieve their personal goals.
Typical duties include:
* Supporting people with daily routines (shopping, cooking, activities, personal care)
* Encouraging independence and confidence
* Supporting emotional well-being and social interaction
* Accurately recording notes and updates
* Working closely with colleagues and professionals
Shifts Available
We offer flexible shift options to suit a range of lifestyles:
* Early: 07:30 – 14:45
* Late: 14:45 – 21:30
* Day: 09:00 – 15:00 / 10:00 – 15:00 / 15:00 – 20:00
* Includes weekday and weekend shifts.
