Job Title: Maintenance Plumber

Salary: GBP40,000 to 42,000
Are you a skilled plumber looking for an exciting opportunity to work on a commercial site in the Saffron Walden area? My client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Plumber to join a team on a large R&D site.
Responsibilities:
1. Perform plumbing and minor mechanical maintenance
2. Handle planned preventive maintenance (PPMs) and reactive tasks efficiently
3. Undertake minor project installation tasks
4. Ensure high standards of workmanship and compliance with regulations
Package:
1. Salary: GBP40,000 to 42,000 per annum
2. Holiday: Generous 33 days leave
3. Pension: Comprehensive pension plan
4. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week
Requirements:
1. Plumbing qualifications and relevant experience
2. Ability to obtain DBS check
