Marketing Coordinator (US Market Expansion)
Join First Fence Ltd as a Marketing Coordinator to drive our expansion into the United States market. This UK-based role will translate technical product information into compelling marketing assets for the US market and serve as the key link between our technical and commercial teams.
Salary: £32,778.72 per annum Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday-Friday Location: Kiln Way, Swadlincote, DE11 8EA
This position requires significant flexibility to collaborate with our US-based team. You must align your working hours with Central Daylight Time (CDT), which is six hours behind UK time. A substantial overlap with Texas business hours is a non‑negotiable requirement.

About the Role
First Fence, a market‑leading UK supplier of fencing and gates, is undertaking a strategic expansion into the United States market, with operations beginning in Texas. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Brand & Asset Coordination: Act as the primary intermediary between the Technical Design Engineer and the e‑commerce department to ensure all product renders, technical drawings, and lifestyle images comply with brand guidelines.
* Catalogue & Publication Management: Take full responsibility for the creation of US product catalogues, liaising with our third‑party catalogue designer and translating technical specifications from the NPI programme.
* Digital Marketing & Social Media: Plan, execute, and monitor US‑market social media campaigns, analysing key metrics and performance.
* Event Coordination: Proactively assist in planning, arranging, and executing trade days and national exhibitions within the US.
* Design & Campaign Execution: Use Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Mailchimp, or Mailgun to create ad‑hoc marketing materials, signage, promotional literature, and targeted email campaigns.
Travel & Eligibility Requirements
* Occasional international travel to the US (Texas) to support marketing events and initiatives.
* Valid UK passport.
* Eligible to travel to the United States (e.g., under the ESTA Visa Waiver Program).
* Full, valid UK driving licence.
* Clear background check – no unspent criminal convictions.
