Are you an efficient and effective administrator with a customer focused approach?
In this new role based at our head office in Lymm, .you will be responsible for managing and coordinating incoming referrals. You will serve as a key point of contact for our customers and operational teams, so will have strong communication skills and an ability to multitask.
Key Responsibilities
Process incoming referrals in a timely and accurate manner
Maintain up-to-date records and databases for all referrals
Communicate with relevant internal teams to ensure referral requirements are met
Monitor referral workflows and follow up where required.
Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality guidelines
Identify any issues or delays in the referral process and escalate when necessary
Prepare reports and summaries related to referral volumes and performance
Support continuous improvement of referral procedures and systems
Person Specification
Business Knowledge, Skills and Experience
* Proven experience in an administrative or coordinator role, ideally involving referrals or case management
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with data entry systems
* Familiarity with confidentiality and data protection protocols (e.g., GDPR)
Desirable:
* Experience in [healthcare/recruitment/social services] or a similar sector
* Knowledge of referral management systems or software
