About the Role
* You'll work directly with our CEO to scale our commercial function during this critical growth phase. You'll refine market segments, sharpen ICP definition, and build a strategy to hit ambitious revenue targets.
This is both a strategic and hands-on closing role. You'll help shape our commercial strategy while personally driving revenue from day one, with significant opportunity for rapid career progression as we scale.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work closely with the CEO to refine market segments, sharpen ICP definition and build a strategy to hit ambitious revenue targets
* Manage multiple sales cycles simultaneously, from prospecting to demo and closing
* Generate high-quality pipeline through creative outbound strategies, leveraging our best-in-class sales tech stack (including our own AI sales agent)
* Convert our inbound leads into customers – we're generating significant market interest, and you'll turn that into revenue
* Identify and engage key stakeholders within target organizations, particularly in staffing and recruitment firms, in-house talent acquisition teams and sales organizations
* Closing deals across the UK and US markets, potentially involving some international travel
* Work with the product team to influence roadmap priorities based on customer and market feedback
* Own the full customer lifecycle from closing to customer success, onboarding and nurturing customers
Requirements:
* 5+ years of sales experience in technology/software, ideally with fast sales cycles and engaging non-technical stakeholders
* Ambition to progress and a hunger for closing deals; we're building a founding team, which means getting your hands dirty while remaining laser-focused on driving revenue
* Self-driven, highly entrepreneurial with a passion for experimenting and iterating to find what works
* Ability to navigate ambiguity confidently, making quick, informed decisions as the company evolves
* Knowledge of AI and a strong interest in its business applications - major bonus if you've used AI tools for sales
