About the Role
Are you an enthusiastic radiographer looking to advance your career at a leading cancer hospital? We are seeking a talented radiographer to support our Radiology service across our sites at the Clatterbridge Cancer Centre in Liverpool City Centre and Wirral. You will play a key role in providing the best possible experience for our patients.
We are a proactive and dynamic team that welcomes fresh ideas and perspectives. It is essential that team members bring positive energy, enthusiasm, and a commitment to improving patient care and experience. You will provide specialist cancer imaging for both outpatients and inpatients, covering haemato-oncology and solid tumour sites. Additionally, we have a Community Diagnostic Centre in Liverpool City Centre.
You will be required to work autonomously, demonstrating the ability to prioritise your own work according to clinical needs, and exhibit excellent organisational skills.
As a team player, adaptability and effective communication skills are essential. You will share responsibility for supervising and teaching students, less experienced staff, and colleagues as appropriate.
You should be proficient in using the Radiology Information System (CRIS) and Picture Archiving Communication System (PACS).
Experience within an oncology setting in the NHS is advantageous.
