We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of products and services within a cloud-based transformation programme for government project.
You will be working within an Agile environment, you will ensure delivery excellence by building and maintaining high-performing teams, managing stakeholders, and driving alignment across technical and non-technical audiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Accountable for end-to-end delivery of products and services
* Lead and support Agile teams, ensuring collaboration and motivation
* Manage RAID items (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)
* Build strong relationships with client counterparts and stakeholders
* Ensure delivery is aligned with timelines, budgets, and business goals
* Maintain delivery momentum and resolve blockers effectively
* Drive continuous improvement across teams and delivery processes
* Coach and mentor team members in Agile and Lean practices
Key Skills & Experience
* Strong experience as a Delivery Manager or Project Manager in cloud environments
* Proven background in:
o Agile and Lean methodologies
o Commercial and financial management
o Managing delivery life cycles
o Planning and delivery governance
* Ability to communicate effectively between technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Experience managing cross-functional teams in complex programmes
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to "make processes work" in dynamic environments
