Responsibilities
* Delivering an outstanding customer proposition and service, driving sales through service.
* Managing the Branch, checking deliveries, picking items from the warehouse, stocking shelves, opening and closing the branch.
* Leading and motivating a team to achieve great results, creating a positive environment where engagement is key.
* Ensuring great customer experience, maintaining high branch standards and product availability.
* Checking and unpacking deliveries, stocking shelves, cleaning the branch and putting orders together.
* Building relationships, providing development for team members, and supporting future business growth and succession.
* Encouraging a culture of feedback, praise and recognition.
