Finders Keepers (Flowers Estate Agents) has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join our team in Woodstock.

This position will allow you the autonomy to carry out valuations, generate positive interest in our available properties, book and conduct viewings, negotiate offers and agree sales.

Key responsibilities of a Senior Sales Negotiator include:
1. First point of contact for vendors and applicants
2. Source and value properties
3. Gain instructions
4. Manage the applicant database
5. Conduct viewings
6. Negotiate deals and agree sales
7. Proactively market properties
8. Build relationships with clients and provide regular feedback
9. Administration relating to sales progressing
10. Responsibility for ensuring clients are fully compliant
11. Management of own diary whilst considering the team
12. Spot and nurture new business opportunities
Knowledge, skills, experience to be a successful Sales Negotiator:
13. A proven track record in the industry
14. Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales/lettings agency
15. Excellent track record in achieving instructions and exceeding targets
16. Able to demonstrate strong sales performance
17. Thorough understanding of legislation related to property sales
18. Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels
19. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
20. Ability to demonstrate initiative and self-motivation and work well within a team environment
