We currently have a permanent opportunity for a Training Officer to join our training team in Willand, Devon.

* The hours of work and shift patterns available are: Monday to Friday, 5am to 14:30pm.
* The rate of pay is: £13.76 ph
Main Responsibilities:
As a Training Officer in our training department your key responsibilities will be:
* To conduct all aspects of MHE (Manual Handling Equipment) training new skills and refreshers.
* To conduct our induction programme, along with refresher training.
* To be accountable for the training matrix and relevant training files for audit purposes.
* To be the first point of contact for external engineers MHE inspections.
* To maintain accurate training records through matrix management and maintain certification documentation.
Ideal Candidate:
As our ideal candidates you'll demonstrate that you have:
* Desirable qualification of an MHE Trainer
* Good communication and presentation skills
Previous experience of driving a forklift would be preferable.
