Field Service Engineer
£35,000 plus overtime available

Responsibilities and Duties
To organise & complete service visits according to manufacturer's recommendations.
To position, install and commission equipment at customer sites.
To repair equipment.
To advise Head Office of any sales opportunities identified during the course of duties.
To promote our company and act in a professional and diplomatic manner at all times.
To adhere to quality standards at all times.
To undertake other reasonable tasks as requested.
Survey new and existing sites for installation purposes
Feedback quality issues to the office
To plan & organise sales visits to existing and prospective customers.
To promote the sale of the Company's products & services.
To report on the outcome and follow-up action resulting from all sales visits.
Desirable Skills:
Electrical/electronic fault finding
Electromechanical installation
Customer accreditation eg. UKPN, National Grid, London Underground
Physical ability to do the job (manual handling)
Attention to detail
Analytical problem solving
Good, clear, timely reporting
