We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure. This role will be within our water and wastewater capital project delivery team. Our teams deliver large-scale capital programmes aimed at keeping water infrastructure resilient for the long-term while protecting the environment. Want to be a part of it? What you'll be doing? You'll be an office administrator for a leading tier 1 construction contractor, delivering complex and high-profile infrastructure and building projects across the UK. You'll be ensuring the smooth day-to-day administration and coordination of site- based activities, working closely with the site management team, subcontractors, and the wider business. You'll be confidently liaising with the commercial team to support effective budget management. You'll also be required to manage site HR documentation, including maintaining accurate timesheets, coordinating staff inductions, and keep training records up to date. This is a part time position at 24 hours per week. What you’ll bring? Are you able to maintain accurate records and upload site documents to Viewpoint/4Projects? Can you obtain STAT plans showing underground utility locations? Do you know how to raise requisitions for office supplies, materials, or plant orders? Can you collate delivery tickets and allocate them to the correct cost codes? Are you able to assist with progress reports, health & safety records, and QA documents? Do you have a valid driving licence and your own car? What’s in it for you?
