What You'll Be Doing:
* Supporting projects such as the WorkWell vanguard and Connect to Work programmes, aimed at reducing economic inactivity in Lancashire and South Cumbria.
* Turning raw data into actionable insights to contribute to the success of these initiatives and our broader work and health strategy.
Our Ideal Applicant Will:
* Handle complex data confidently, drawing and presenting impactful insights to the wider team.
* Work autonomously under pressure.
* Manage relationships with key stakeholders effectively.
