Overview
As an SEN Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing essential support and guidance to students with SEN, helping them to achieve their full potential and thrive in a nurturing learning environment.
Responsibilities
* Providing one‑on‑one support to students with SEN, tailored to their individual needs and abilities.
* Assisting with the implementation of personalized education plans and behavior management strategies.
* Creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment where all students feel valued and respected.
* Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and other support staff to deliver effective educational and therapeutic interventions.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
