Weekend Production Planner

Working with an ambitious team integral to our operations, this role offers a broad business overview and opportunities to liaise with various departments.
As a Weekend Production Planner, you will be responsible for scheduling production lines and materials required for product assembly efficiently and timely.
Your Key Responsibilities as Weekend Production Planner Will Include
* Being the pivotal interface between planning and production to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders.
* Supporting production management with daily operational deliverables, optimizing and balancing production lines for the best financial outcomes.
* Creating and managing daily scheduling processes to meet planned targets.
* Monitoring actual performance data against plans to make necessary adjustments.
What We Are Looking For
* A logical thinker with strong numerical, analytical, and evaluative skills.
* High proficiency in IT and advanced Excel knowledge.
* GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
* Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Flexibility, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.
