We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Assistant Production Project Manager who enjoys keeping projects moving and people aligned.
You’ll support the delivery of creative production projects, helping keep schedules, actions and information clear, accurate and moving. Working closely with our Production Project Manager, Client Partnership and our studio teams, you’ll play an important role in making sure work is well organised, well communicated and delivered with care.
WHO YOU ARE
You’re highly organised, proactive and eager to build a career in production project management. You thrive in fast‑paced creative environments and enjoy bringing structure, clarity and momentum to projects. You have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and a natural ability to stay on top of multiple priorities. You’re comfortable supporting teams, managing information and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. You take pride in being dependable, solutions‑focused and collaborative.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Technical excellence You support the Production Project Manager and production team by helping to gather, organise and check the technical information needed to move projects from creative sign‑off into artwork and delivery. You help review artwork files for correct technical set‑up, flag errors or queries promptly and ensure key release requirements, including ACL completion and image purchasing, are checked before files are prepared for client delivery.
Studio process & project delivery You support the flow of work through the studio by maintaining schedules, tracking actions and keeping project information accurate and up to date. You help coordinate briefs, assets, approvals and deliverables, monitoring progress and flagging missing information, delays or risks early so projects can keep moving smoothly.
Collaboration & client partnership You help keep internal teams informed and aligned by supporting clear communication between client partnership, creative and production. You capture meeting notes, track follow‑up actions and help ensure feedback, updates and key information are shared clearly and on time. You support the team in making sure clients feel confident that delivery is organised, considered and well managed.
Commercial acumen You support the commercial management of production projects by maintaining accurate project records, tracking time and helping with purchase orders where required, including third‑party proofing. You help ensure project data is reliable and up to date, supporting efficient reporting, clear decision‑making and strong control of time, cost and scope.
Team leadership & mentoring You contribute positively to the team by bringing a professional, organised and solutions‑focused approach to your work. You support colleagues by sharing information, following through on actions and helping create a calm, collaborative working rhythm. As your experience grows, you actively seek opportunities to build confidence, develop your judgement and take on more responsibility.
Innovation, sustainability & continuous improvement You look for ways to make project coordination smoother, clearer and more efficient. You support improvements to workflow, documentation and communication by spotting gaps, suggesting practical fixes and helping the team make better use of time and energy. You are open to learning new tools and ways of working that improve both delivery and day‑to‑day studio experience.
