Salary: Competitive salary based on experience
Working Hours: 39 hours per week. Monday - Thursday 07:30 - 16:30 & Friday 07:30 - 12:30
About the Role

We are on the lookout for a motivated Contract Supervisor (Grounds Maintenance) to oversee our daily operations. In this role, you will ensure that all activities align with contract specifications while upholding the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Your Responsibilities
* Lead and manage grounds maintenance operations across various locations.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to foster a safe working environment.
* Oversee designated teams, delivering safety briefings and conducting audits.
* Record completed works in accordance with contract requirements.
* Serve as a front-line representative, maintaining a positive company image with the public and clients.
* Act as a deputy for management during absences.
* Participate in training courses relevant to your role.
* Cemetery experience is a plus (COTS training can be provided).
* A valid UK driving license is essential for daily operations and training.
* Exhibit strong communication and IT literacy skills.
