Our operating thesis: many Chinese manufacturers have strong product capability but limited access to efficient UK market entry, localised operations, and data-driven commercial execution. We bridge that gap through an integrated model combining sourcing, product selection, logistics, compliance coordination, marketplace operations, and software-enabled optimisation.
Role Summary
We are hiring a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to define the company's technology architecture and build AI-enabled operating capabilities that solve real commercial and supply chain problems. This role requires both technical depth and product-minded execution.
Core Responsibilities
* Define the company's technology roadmap and AI product direction
* - Design scalable architecture across data, applications, and operational tooling
* - Build and lead technical delivery across internal tools, models, and product systems
* - Translate business needs into deployable AI-enabled workflows and products
* - Create a strong feedback loop between operational data and model improvement
* - Support technical hiring, vendor evaluation, and product development prioritisation
Ideal Profile
* Strong background in AI, machine learning, applied data systems, or enterprise technology
* - Experience building production-grade systems rather than only experimental models
* - Ability to work closely with commercial and operations teams
* - Strong product and systems thinking
* - Helpful, though not mandatory: experience in supply chain technology, e-commerce systems, or B2B software
