Previous exposure working in a similar position within a plumbing and heating merchants is preferable. As a Branch Manager, you'll be: Building strong, lasting relationships with trade customers and becoming their go-to partner for plumbing, heating and renewables solutions. Growing the branch through new business development and maximising opportunities with existing customers. Taking full responsibility for the success of your branch — from sales and service to safety and standards. Ideally, you are: Experienced in growing a customer base and delivering against sales and profit targets. An exemplary leader with the ability to plan, prioritise, delegate, and empower others.
