The job You’ll take customer-approved concepts and own everything from factory trial to launch across multiple manufacturing sites. That includes: Running and coordinating factory trials Managing critical paths (and adapting when they move) Working closely with Technical, Operations and central NPD Leading a small process NPD team Being the main site contact for customers Heavy seasonal workload.
