About the role Your responsibilities will include: Responsibility for all aspects of financial management for OSDH. Responsible for the day to day activities of the finance team. Provision of accurate and timely financial information and analysis. Management of financial process and controls. Working closely with members of the Senior Leadership Team, responsible for providing accurate financial data to inform decisions about the business and to support strategy and change. About you The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications, skills and experience: Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA). An experienced Finance Manager with at least 5 years PQE within the private healthcare sector. Proven leadership skills and experience of managing a small team. Strong IT system skills with good level of MS Excel. Corporation tax, VAT, payroll taxes as appropriate to the business Interaction with external Auditors and management of the annual audit process Interactions with NHS and PMIs Excellent communication skills.
