AdministratorPertemps are currently recruiting for an Administrator with a passion for Golf to support a growing business in Basingstoke. This is a part time role starting off working 2 to 3 days a week.Responsibilities as an Administrator:Answering incoming calls and managing the inboxCarrying out data entry tasks on SalesforceOrdering office and workshop suppliesManaging customer appointmentsProvide excellent customer serviceLiaising regularly with US team to chase and expediate orders, resolve delays ectMaintain and update customer recordsProduce reports and spreadsheetsAssist in the warehouse with light production dutiesMaintain an organised and well stocked workshop environmentRequirements:Previous administrative experiencePassion for GolfStrong Microsoft SkillsExcellent time management and ability to hand a fast-paced workloadExcellent customer service experienceThe Role:£13.25 per hour2 – 3 days per week (opportunity to increase in the future)Ongoing temp to perm roleIf you have a real passion for Golf and are interested in this Administrator role, please apply below or contact Jemma at Pertemps
