We are looking for a motivated and driven Customer Account Manager to join our team at our Coleshill office on a full-time, permanent basis (40 hours per week).
This role is ideally suited to someone who thrives in a sales-driven environment and has a strong combination of account management, communication, and negotiation skills.
As a Customer Account Manager, you’ll have access to:

Key Skills & Experience Required:
* Sales and Commercial Awareness - Previous sales experience is desirable, with the ability to identify and maximise commercial opportunities through consultative selling, upselling, cross-selling, and new business acquisition.
* Account Management & Relationship Building - Strong ability to manage and grow a customer portfolio, building lasting relationships and delivering an excellent customer experience.
* Negotiation & Influencing Skills - Confident in negotiating effectively to increase margins and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
* Communication Skills - Professional and clear communication, with the ability to engage customers and work collaboratively within a team environment.
* Self-Motivation & Time Management - Highly organised, able to manage your own workload, prioritise effectively, and work independently with minimal supervision.
* Resilience & Determination - Persistent, tenacious, and able to stay motivated in a target-driven environment.
* Confidence & Results Focus - Self-assured in your abilities, with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.
