Join a Place Where Hugs, First Smiles, and Milestone Moments Matter Every Day!
Are you a nurturing, patient, and passionate caregiver who loves helping infants grow, explore, and thrive? We’re looking for a dedicated Infant Teacher to join our warm, welcoming early childhood education center—where every coo, giggle, and developmental milestone is celebrated.
At our center, you’ll be part of a supportive team that values connection, compassion, and curiosity. You'll provide loving, responsive care in a safe, enriching environment designed to help our littlest learners feel secure, soothed, and stimulated. From tummy time to first steps, you’ll play an important role in shaping a child’s earliest experiences and building the foundation for lifelong learning.
If you're ready to make a meaningful impact in a setting that feels like home, apply today to become an Infant Teacher with us. Let’s grow together—one cuddle, one giggle, and one milestone at a time.
You'll thrive in this role if you have:
* Massachusetts EEC Infant/Toddler Teacher Certification (Required)
* Experience working with infants (6 weeks to 15 months) in a licensed early childhood program or child care center
* A warm, responsive caregiving style and understanding of infant development

* Flexibility to work an 8-hour shift within the operating hours of the school, including opening and closing shifts
* Ability to spend extended periods of time on the floor with the children
* Ability to lift up to 50lbs
* Ability to stand up to 90% of the workday
* Attentiveness, strong time management, and a team-focused mindset
