About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to join TechTree as a Recruiter, supporting candidate sourcing, screening, and recruitment operations across fast-growing startups and scaleups.
You’ll work closely with experienced recruiters & a network of 100s of talent partners, learning modern techniques, and contribute to international hiring projects that have real impact.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
* Screen candidates for role fit, motivation, and cultural alignment
* Manage candidate pipelines
* Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth communication with candidates
* Support recruiters on live hiring projects
* Learn end-to-end recruitment best practices with mentorship and training
About you:
* 2+ years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
* Strong sourcing and communication skills, especially on LinkedIn
* Good written and spoken English
* Highly organized and detail-oriented
* Eager to learn, adaptable, and motivated to grow in a fast-paced startup environment
