* Proven Experience: You have previous experience in a fine dining or high-end restaurant and in a fast-paced setting.
* Warm & Professional Demeanour: You create a memorable dining experience through attentive, genuine, and polished service.
* Attention to Detail & Communication: You maintain high presentation standards, assist with service, clear tables efficiently, and communicate clearly and politely with guests and colleagues.
* Team Player: You collaborate closely with your colleagues, supporting one another to deliver smooth, efficient, and exceptional service throughout each shift.
* Right to Work: You must have the legal right to work in the UK without corporate sponsorship.
