The Role
As Care Home Manager, you will have full responsibility for the day-to-day leadership and performance of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, hospitality, and commercial delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing visible, inspirational leadership and setting a strong, positive culture
* Overseeing all operational aspects of the home, including care quality, compliance, staffing, and occupancy
* Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing multidisciplinary team
* Managing budgets, financial performance, and commercial targets
* Supporting the commissioning and opening of the home, including recruitment, systems, and processes
