What We’re Looking For We’re searching for a confident and enthusiastic early years professional who leads with warmth, positivity and a commitment to exceptional childcare. Essential Requirements: Level 3 (or above) full and relevant Early Years qualification Experience working in a children’s day nursery Previous Room Leader or Team Leader experience Strong understanding of the EYFS, safeguarding and SEND Ability to build warm, supportive relationships with children and families A genuine passion for providing high‑quality, child‑led care Your Role As our Room Leader, you will: Lead the room and inspire your team to deliver exceptional early years education Act as a Key Person and maintain strong parent partnerships Plan engaging, age‑appropriate activities aligned with the EYFS Ensure the room consistently meets all EYFS and safeguarding standards Create a warm, inclusive and stimulating learning environment Support, mentor and develop practitioners within the team Why Join Shooting Stars Nurseries?
