Key Responsibilities
Policy Implementation: Develop, implement, and maintain health and safety policies, ensuring full compliance with UK and Ireland standards and regulations.
Safety Culture: Promote and embed a culture of safety (and prevention) throughout the organisation by leading awareness campaigns and training initiatives. Involvement in the strategic further development of Health, Safety & Wellbeing programs to strengthen our culture.
Audit Management: Conduct internal audits and ensure all health and safety documentation and procedures are audit-ready.
Training & Development: Design and deliver comprehensive health and safety training for employees and leadership. Ensure all employees complete ...
