The Role:
* Supporting the daily running of the school office
* Handling calls, emails, and general enquiries from parents, staff, and visitors
* Managing student records, databases, and attendance systems
* Assisting with school communications, letters, and reports
* Supporting teachers and senior leadership with administrative tasks
* Organising meetings, appointments, and school events
* Ensuring a welcoming, organised, and professional environment
Who We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in administration or office work (school experience is a bonus, but not essential)
* Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Confident using IT systems, databases, and Microsoft Office
* A professional, friendly, and proactive approach
* An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
