As Supply Chain Manager, you’ll be crucial for our next stage of growth.
Reporting to the Commercial Director, you’ll be responsible for managing the
full supply chain of the business across multiple distributors and suppliers. You’ll
be solutions focused, who thrives on a challenge and has a strong analytical
approach. This is a hybrid role, working from our HQ in Ealing a maximum of 3
days per week and due to the nature of the role, flexibility on working hours and
ability to travel the UK is essential. There will also be the need to work some
Saturdays and Bank Holidays on rotation.
About
the role:
* Develop and drive the long-term supply chain strategy
* Support supply chain practises to deliver our ambitious growth plans
* Manage stock availability and delivery service to site, involving
distributor management, supplier production planning, and optimising site
delivery schedules
* Ensure product and service requests from sites are resolved promptly and
efficiently for continued operational success
* Identify opportunities to reduce costs throughout the supply chain
* Successful change management across suppliers, products and menus
* Manage our nationwide new openings from a procurement perspective,
ensuring Popeyes aggressive rollout is delivered successfully
* Engage with suppliers and colleagues at all levels, building
professional relationships and facilitating effective communication
* Ability to take on additional responsibility where required
What
we’re looking for:
* Strong supply chain experience in the foodservice industry
* Supply chain QSR experience is advantageous, along with a passion for
hospitality
* Solid analytical and numerical solving abilities
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to travel to Popeyes stores nationwide
* Ideally degree educated or hold procurement-specific qualifications
(preferred not essential)
