Ideally you will come from a good Customer Service or Administrative background and be in a position to start a new role in the next few weeks.

Responsibilities
* Looking after some of the high value (B2B) customers
* Providing quotes and price information
* Process customer orders
* Obtaining Proof of Delivery notes
* Handling customer queries
* Resolving customer issues efficiently
